Please complete the following form within 24 hours of any absence from rehearsal for any reason.

NOTE:  Only medical emergencies and/or issues approved IN ADVANCE by the Director(s) will be excused.  Students with unexcused absences from rehearsals may be ineligible for awards including chenille letters and service bars.  ANY non-emergency absence about which we find out AFTER the rehearse occurs will be unexcused.  PLEASE indicate any COVID-related illness or contact or quarantine.

Remember that this form does NOT mean an absence will be excused. 

 

Students are expected to attend ALL rehearsals.

PLEASE DO NOT leave a message for a Director with another student or attempt to contact directors through private message on social media.  The only acceptable communication with a Director involving an absence is email or personal conversation.
