This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
The Summerville Band Boosters are a dynamic, hardworking group of parents who support the activities of the band program. Without them, we would be lost. We are only as strong as our booster organization, so please, come, join the family and become an integral part of the success of our students!
BOOSTER MEETINGS ARE THE 2ND MONDAY NIGHT OF EVERY MONTH, 7:00PM. Meetings are held in the band room unless (during the fall) weather dictates that we bring the students inside for rehearsal. In those cases, the booster club will be meeting in a nearby room in Summerville High School. UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, the booster meetings will be held via Zoom, and those links will be available on the band calendar by clicking on the calendar event.

Who do I ask?
Questions regarding the overall operation of the booster club, committees, or travel etc. go to the Presidents.
Questions regarding fundraising go to the 1st Vice-President.
Questions regarding events go to the 2nd Vice-President.
Questions regarding the finances of the organization (NOT payments recorded in CHARMS) to to the Finance Treas.
Questions regarding payments, financial statements, and Charms go to the Charms Treasurer.
Questions regarding Newsletter, communication, etc. go to the Corresponding Secretary.
Questions regarding minutes of booster meetings go to the Recording Secretary.
How do I make payments?
Payments may be made through the band website online store.
Payments by check, cash, money order, etc. should be CLEARLY LABELED with the STUDENT'S NAME and toward what the payment should be applied.
Staff and Directors DO NOT accept payments in hand. All payments go into the "Gold Box" on the front of Mr. Gilreath's office door.
