The Booster Facebook page is an excellent way to ask questions that you may not find answers to here or may not be sure about. Our parents are quick to respond and willing to help!
It is a closed group because it contains information about the activities and whereabouts of our students. You should be a parent or student in the program to request access to the booster Facebook page. To be added to the page, search for "Summerville High School Band Boosters" and request to be added. You may be asked to verify your connection to a student, and you addition may not be completed until that connection has been verified.
Once you are a part of the page, you will be able to communicate with parents and use it as a resource for information.
It helps to read recent posts and questions to see if your question may already have been answered.
The page is for information and/or encouragement. Complaints will be immediately deleted. Individuals who repeatedly use the page for anything but its purpose will have their access revoked.
Always be polite.
The best way to have information is always to be involved in volunteering and coming to booster meetings.
Facebook should not be your sole source of information about the band program!
